FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,199 across India. Orders below ₹1,199 are charged a flat fee of ₹99. COD orders carry a handling fee of ₹49, regardless of order value.

HOW QUICKLY WE DISPATCH

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details via SMS and email.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER

Metro cities include Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad.

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or public holidays. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

CASH ON DELIVERY

COD is available on select pin codes across India. A handling fee of ₹49 applies on all COD orders.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

A note - repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being restricted for future orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every dispatched order comes with a tracking link sent to your registered mobile and email. You can also track your order anytime from the Track My Order page, or simply use moorthika.shiprocket.co

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address. Message us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number and the corrected address.

Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

LARGE & SPECIAL PIECES

Life-size idols, monument replicas, and oversized home décor pieces are handled with extra care and shipped via specialised freight partners. Delivery timelines for these pieces are longer and will be communicated at the time of order.

These pieces are currently available for delivery within India only.

OUR PACKAGING

Every Moorthika order is packed to arrive safely — and beautifully. Fragile pieces are individually wrapped and secured. Your order arrives gift-ready, because that is simply how we do things.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is coming soon. If you are based outside India and would like to order, write to us at support@moorthika.com. we will do our best to help.

SOMETHING WENT WRONG?

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, photograph the damage and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will sort it out.
