We want you to love what you receive.

Every piece at Moorthika is chosen carefully, packed with care, and quality-checked before it leaves us. But we understand, sometimes things don't go as expected. Here is our return and refund policy, written plainly.


WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown on the website

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or texture - these are natural in handcrafted pieces and are not defects
  • Products that have been used, cleaned, or altered after delivery
  • Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price

RETURN WINDOW

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.


HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST

  1. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and a clear photograph or short video of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address at no cost to you

Please do not return any item without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be processed.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method — UPI, card, or bank account. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the return request.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or variant, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to refuse delivery, but please note that return shipping charges may apply in such cases.


HANDCRAFTED PIECES — A GENTLE NOTE

All pieces at Moorthika are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Natural variations in finish, texture, colour, and minor surface marks are inherent to the craft, they are not defects. They are what make each piece unique.

We photograph our products carefully to represent them accurately. However, slight differences in colour may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.


LARGE & CUSTOM PIECES

Life-size idols, monument replicas, and custom commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed and in production. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
